In December, FTA had the pleasure to host the director of Great Gobi B Strictly Protected Area in Mongolia, Ganbaatar Oyunsaikhan, as part of the ongoing collaboration between our institutions and Prague Zoo. We were discussing further plans in our efforts to ensure the conservation of Przewalski´s horses in the wild, focusing on the behaviour of the reintroduced horses. We also worked on the preparation of data for scientific publications about the reproduction of this emblematic and endangered species. This important cooperation is (and will be) source of theses from our PhD and master students from our Wildlife Management program. We are looking forward to our next meeting and data collection in the Gobi!
