Job description:
– Searching for international programmes calls, especially Horizon Europe, tenders, EuropeAid, COST, LIFE, International Visegrad grants, Development bank of Africa, US Aid, Interreg Europe, Erasmus +, etc., sharing of information with FTA members, targeting /selecting possible proponents
– Representing the faculty at brokerage events, actively seeking contacts/institutions/persons suitable for cooperation
– Assisting with the faculty’s scientific teams on the preparation of project proposals
– Communication with partners within project consortia
– Preparation of progress reports on ongoing projects
– Participation in project audits by audit authorities
– Monitoring compliance with publicity rules
– Negotiating with suppliers
Requirements:
– University degree or secondary education
– Organisational skills, logical and analytical thinking
– Excellent knowledge of Czech and English
– Advanced level MS Office and MS Teams skills
– Previous experience with proposal writing
– Precision, independence, proactivity, team member
– Knowledge of H2020 or HEU rules, Czech legal systems, policy environment- an advantage
