"Prof. Ladislav Kokoska is a Full Professor leading the Laboratory of Ethnobotany and Ethnopharmacology at the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Czech Republic. His research team focuses on the bioprospection of biologically active natural products derived from tropical plants, especially from species used by native people in traditional medicinal systems. Together with his colleague Dr. Houdkova, Ladislav developed novel methodological concepts for the evaluation of biological activity of plant volatiles in vapor phase."
