5. Development September, Tech4Dev Mini Summer School

We would like to invite you to the unique event Development September, organised by the Czech Technical University in Prague from September 11th to 14th, 2024. This four-day event focuses on a holistic approach to engineering and architecture for development aid. Over 15 renowned speakers from more than 10 countries will share their expertise at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at CTU Prague.

We aim to improve development aid by understanding its root causes and impacts. We will explore anthropological, postcolonial, and environmental contexts and best practices in innovation and technology transfer.

Additionally, you will be able to view a student work exhibition, attend the Inspireli awards ceremony, and meet representatives from Kashitu School and Architects Without Borders International. The event will conclude with practical emergency training and a World Café to discuss current challenges.
