As summer approaches, the CZU campus in Suchdol traditionally welcomes everyone connected to the university – alumni, employees, students, and the local community. This year, the eighth edition of our Garden Festival takes place on Saturday, 14 June 2025, from 11:00 to 18:00. Join us for a day full of discovery, music, fun, and summer vibes for the whole family!
Honorary graduations and rich program
The event includes golden, silver and diamond honorary graduations for nearly 500 alumni who graduated 25, 50 or 60 years ago. After the ceremony, they will have the chance to revisit the campus, explore the faculties, and see how the university has evolved.
The main stage program starts at 11:00, featuring music performances. The official welcome is at 14:00. Look forward to live music by Deychey (finalists of the iZUN Music Challenge), artist Jiří Čevela, children from DDM Praha-Suchdol, a folk ensemble, trumpet performance by Prof. Libra, and a presentation of the Naše pole project.
New this year: EU-funded projects
For the first time, we’ll also showcase EU-funded projects that have helped CZU grow – from new buildings and labs to new academic programs and green innovations.
