Check-in will be available from 15th of September for mid-term and long-term stays. 4 types of rooms, 35 minutes from the CZU campus, private bathroom, silent study rooms and other benefits for you. Part A of the Dormitory:
- Double room type standard - price: 6.090 CZK per bed per month
- Single room type standard - price: 9.250 CZK per month
Part C of the Dormitory:
- Double room type standard - price: 6.090 CZK per bed per month
- Double room type premium - price: 7.090 CZK per bed per month
- Single room type premium - price: 10.250 CZK per month
Payment conditions:
- After filling in the Application form, your bed/room will be pre-reserved and you will be instructed to pay the Security Deposit in the amount of three months Rent (18.270,- / 21.270,- / 27.750,- / 30.750,- CZK). Upon receiving the payment of the Security Deposit, your bed/room will be reserved.
- Prior to taking over the bed/room, you will be asked to pay an annual fee for concluding the contract in the amount of 1,045 CZK.
