The Talent Programme offers personal grants to talented, creative researchers. This enables them to conduct the research of their choice. The Talent Scheme has three funding instruments (Veni, Vidi, Vici) tailored to various phases in researchers' scientific careers. Researchers can apply for a maximum amount of 280,000 euros for Veni, 800,000 euros for Vidi, and 1.5 million euros for Vici. Veni, for researchers who have recently obtained their PhD
Veni is part of the NWO Talent Programme It allows researchers who have recently obtained their PhD to conduct independent research and develop their ideas for a period of three years.

Vidi, for researchers who have gained several years of research experience
Vidi is for researchers who have carried out several years of postdoctoral research after their Phd and have demonstrated the ability to independently generate and effect innovative ideas.
The deadline for the upcoming call (2022) is Tuesday 4 October 2022, 14:00hrs.
Vici, for senior researchers
Vici is for senior researchers who have demonstrated an ability to develop their own line of research.
