Celebrating 20 Years of FTZ Cooperation with Moldova

The Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences (FTZ), Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU Prague) will mark an important milestone this December — 20 years of its contribution to the educational and agricultural sectors of Moldova, and two decades of long-lasting cooperation with Moldovan academic and institutional partners.

Since 2005, FTZ has been actively involved in development projects focused on higher education, research capacity building, agriculture and rural development. What began as targeted support initiatives has evolved into a strong and sustainable partnership connecting universities, researchers, students and institutions in both countries.

Anniversary Event in Prague

To commemorate this anniversary, FTZ will host a celebratory event on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences, CZU Prague. The event will bring together members of the academic community, project coordinators and long-term partners to reflect on two decades of cooperation and to discuss future perspectives.
