The main objective of the project is to support the mobilities of students and teaching staff among the project partners from the Czech Republic and Fiji. The main project partners are the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU) together with the Fiji National University (FNU) and duration of the project is.
There will be supported two mobilities during the project duration (8/2025 - 7/2028):
- incoming mobility for studies for 1 student from Fiji (SMS, 3 months)
- outgoing mobility for teaching for 1 staff from Czech Republic (STA, 10 days)
FNU, established in 2010, offers study programmes blending classroom and hands-on practical learning designed to give to the students a head starts in their field, whether it be Agriculture, Business, Engineering Science, Education or Medical Science. The mobilities within this project are planned to be done mainly at the University’s College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (CAFF). CAFF has major strengths in agroforestry, ethnomedicine, livestock production (breeding and nutrition), crop production and plant protection, horticulture, and agribusiness.
