The Winter Semester starts on 29 September 2026 and runs until 18 December. It will be followed by the Christmas holidays and the examination period from 4 January to 7 February 2027. The Summer Semester starts on 8 February 2027.
Important dates
24 September 2026 at 10:00 Welcome Ceremony for 1st-year students in the CZU Ceremony Hall.
29 September 2026 Start of the Winter Semester.
29 January 2027 Deadline for thesis selection and registration in UIS for 1st-year Master's and 2nd-year Bachelor's students. For 1st-year students, the 10 ECTS requirement for continuing their studies will also be checked.
8 February 2027 Start of the Summer Semester.
15 April 2027 Deadline for Bachelor's Thesis submission.
22 April 2027 Deadline for Master's Thesis submission.
24–28 May 2027 Bachelor's State Examinations.
31 May–4 June 2027 Master's Thesis Defences and Master's Final State Examinations for selected programmes.
24 June 2027 Graduation Ceremonies for Bachelor's and Master's students.
