The Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences (FTZ), Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU Prague) invites all students to the Next-Gen Leadership Workshop, organized by FTZ Student Ambassadors.
The workshop will take place on 3rd March 2026, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in Room 401 at FTZ.
The event aims to inspire students and provide practical tools to develop leadership skills during their studies – both within academia and in an international environment.

Participants will leave with a clear and practical roadmap for starting their leadership journey.
H.E. Theresa Adjei-Mensah
Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the Czech Republic Topic: Leading in Multicultural Environments
Students will gain insight into why leadership today is relational, global, and rooted in cultural awareness.
Interactive Activity
The programme also includes a team-based activity designed to test collaboration, communication, creativity, and adaptability under pressure.
The workshop will be moderated by Mataa Ndau Awuah FTZ Student Ambassador.
