Position: curator of mammals
As a curator of mammalian breeding in Zoo Brno I am responsible for the professional side of the care of exotic animals. The duties of the curator include finding and compiling optimal breeding practices for reared species, communicating with other zoological institutions, organizing animal transports and administrative solutions, or keeping records of our animals. Zoo Brno is a member of international associations (EAZA, WAZA) and local Union of Czech and Slovak Zoo and participates in in-situ and ex situ animal protection projects, active cooperation and own participation in the activities of these organizations and in the implementation of projects is another important part of my work .
With the desire to work once with animals in the zoo, I signed up to the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and I am very grateful that I have met.
